Address changes

If you have made an error, please contact our team immediately by either using the chat box on our site, heading to our Help Centre or the Contact Us page.

If you are emailing us, please ensure that you provide your order number and new address details and that you title the email subject "URGENT: DELIVERY ADDRESS CHANGE".

We pride ourselves on our quick turnaround so we are unable to guarantee that all address change requests will be able to be actioned in time. Luna Bronze takes no responsibility for incorrect mailing addresses entered at checkout and we will not refund or resend orders that have been sent to an incorrect address unless the original parcel is returned to and received by Luna Bronze.

Order changes & cancellations

If you would like to cancel or change your order, please first click here to manage your order or alternatively, contact us immediately providing your order number and as many details as possible. Note that orders changed or amended in our Help Centre will be actioned much faster and should be your first port of call for such requests.

Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, we’re unable to guarantee that we'll be able to cancel or make changes to your order (this is because our warehouse team are super-efficient at getting your orders out the door!).

Customs, duties & taxes

Luna Bronze is not responsible for any duties or taxes incurred once your order arrives in the country of delivery. All importing taxes are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded by Luna Bronze. If you are unsure about the importing tax threshold in your country, please visit the relevant postal system website for further details. 

Please note that Luna Bronze are unable to declare your order as a gift.
