Welcome to the Luna Bronze Affiliate Program (the “Program”). By enrolling in the Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which govern your participation. These terms aim to maintain a mutually beneficial relationship while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and protecting the integrity of our brand.

1. Program Enrolment & Participation

(a) To join the Program, you must apply through our affiliate platform, Shopify Collabs. By submitting your application, you acknowledge that all information provided is accurate. If your information changes, it is your responsibility to update it promptly within the Shopify Collabs platform.

(b) Luna Bronze reserves the right to approve, reject, or revoke affiliate applications at its sole discretion at any time without prior notice.

(c) Affiliates must provide details about websites, social channels, or other platforms they intend to use for promotional activities. Luna Bronze reserves the right to reject or request changes to these channels.

2. Affiliate Sales Commission & Payment

(a) Commission rates and discount codes (where applicable) are outlined within the Shopify Collabs platform.

(b) The standard cookie window is 30 days. However, this may change during promotional periods at Luna Bronze's discretion.

(c) Commissions will only apply to orders of $25 AUD or more within the core Luna Bronze product range. No commissions will be paid for gift card purchases, taxes, shipping fees, or returns.

(d) Commissions are processed after a 30-day holding period to account for any returns or cancellations. Affiliates are responsible for entering accurate banking details within Shopify Collabs to ensure timely payment. Luna Bronze is not liable for failed payments due to incorrect banking information.

(e) Payments will only be made if no fraudulent or suspicious activities are detected.

3. Prohibited Activities

(a) Affiliates may not post affiliate links or discount codes on coupon or deal sites, unauthorised blogs, fraudulent websites, or any platform that compromises the integrity of the Program.

(b) Affiliates must comply with all relevant legal guidelines, including those set by regional regulatory bodies (e.g., FTC, ACCC, and other applicable authorities). Disclosure of affiliate relationships must be clear and conspicuous, in line with applicable advertising regulations.

(c) Any prohibited activity, including unauthorised sharing of discount codes or affiliate links, will result in immediate removal from the Program without prior notice or consultation.

4. Program Modifications & Termination

(a) Luna Bronze reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time without notice.

(b) Affiliates may be removed from the Program at Luna Bronze’s sole discretion if they engage in activities that harm the brand's reputation or breach these terms. Upon removal or termination, all commissions pending payout may be forfeited.

5. Legal Compliance & Dispute Resolution

(a) Affiliates must comply with all applicable advertising, data privacy, and competition laws in the regions where they operate.

(b) Any disputes or legal claims arising from these terms will be governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Legal proceedings must be filed within the relevant courts in New South Wales.

6. Relationship of the Parties

Participation in the Program does not create a partnership, employment, or joint venture relationship between Luna Bronze and the affiliate. Affiliates act as independent contractors and are not authorised to bind or represent Luna Bronze.

7. Disclaimer & Liability

(a) Luna Bronze makes no guarantee regarding the amount of commission an affiliate may earn.

(b) Luna Bronze is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program.

 

By participating in the Program, affiliates acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms. Luna Bronze reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any updates.
