If you need to pay import duty on goods from Australia, you'll be contacted by Royal Mail (or your courier) and told how to pay. You'll usually have 3 weeks to pay any charges, before they send parcel back to us.

As your parcel will be from outside the EU, you may be charged VAT or excise duty on it. You'll also need to pay customs duty on goods from Australia if they're worth more than a certain value.

To calculate the exact rate due, input the HS Tariff Code (3304990000) into a duties calculator such as the one linked below. If you also need to pay VAT, it'll be charged on the total value of your goods, including import duty.

Luna Bronze is unable to declare your order as a gift and will not be able to refund customers who were unaware of the duties or taxes set by their country. If you choose not to pay the duties or taxes upon your order's arrival, it will be returned to us here in Sydney, Australia. This can take up to 3 months. Once your parcel arrives back at our warehouse, we will inspect the product and get in touch with you. We will not process any refunds until goods have been received & inspected.

Any item can be refunded if it is returned within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Unfortunately we do not offer a refund on opened or used products and do not offer exchanges online.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Likewise, we do not accept returns or refunds for Luna Bronze purchases bought in-store.

We will notify you once your return has been received and approved. The refund will be processed to the original method of payment.

We recommend using a tracked service to return the goods as all transport risk is borne by the sender.

If your product has arrived damaged, please attach photos of the product and packaging.

None of the ingredients we use, nor the end products in the Luna Bronze range are tested on, or derived from animals - so they’re all cruelty-free & vegan friendly! In fact, PETA have even given us the official accreditation on both fronts (spot the sweet little bunny logo on our tubes).

All Luna Bronze tanning products are proudly made in Melbourne, Australia.

No, they don’t.

Whilst the Luna Bronze range pioneers sunless tanning and skin nourishment (meaning you can stay out of Big Reds way & still have a tan), they do not contain any SPF or zinc and will not protect you from the sun's harmful rays. We encourage making a habit of protecting your skin; stay in the shade where possible; wear a broad-brimmed hat, sunglasses and protective clothing; wear a water-resistant, broad-spectrum SPF and reapply it every two hours.

First of all: congrats! While our products are formulated using up to 99% organic, natural and naturally-derived ingredients, and we believe they’re safe to use during pregnancy, it’s always a good idea to send a list of the ingredients to your doctor for their professional, medical opinion first.

The active colouring ingredient in Luna Bronze is DHA (Dihydroxyacetone), which, despite sounding intense, is really just an agent that combines with the amino acids in the skin to temporarily change its colour. Plus, because ours is naturally-derived (as per EcoCert® standards), there’s no harm in it whatsoever.

What’s more - we infuse it into a divine formula of organic essential oils and skin-enriching ingredients (think aloe vera, jojoba and rosehip oil and wheatgerm), so your skin will be more disappointed if you don’t use it.
