Order processing
All US orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse in California. Orders are shipped either same or next Californian business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive this email.

Delivery time estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Estimated delivery times are provided by our carrier partners and are not guaranteed. Luna Bronze is not responsible for carrier delays outside of our control.
Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout. No discount code is required.
Locations we are unable to serve
We are currently unable to ship to the following US locations: American Samoa (AS), Guam (GU), the Northern Mariana Islands (MP), the US Virgin Islands (VI), and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses (AA, AE, AP). If you are located at one of these addresses, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Order tracking
A tracking link will be sent to your email address once your order has been dispatched. If you have not received a tracking email within 2 business days of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.
Lost, delayed or damaged orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact our team with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
If your order arrives damaged, please retain the original packaging and contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work to resolve this as quickly as possible.
Luna Bronze is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after a confirmed delivery has been made to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order.
Incorrect shipping address
Please review your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We will do our best to update the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.
Luna Bronze is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at the time of purchase.
Customs and import duties
All orders shipped within the United States are domestic shipments and are not subject to customs duties or import taxes.
