I pop it on at night, and the next morning I no linger look like death warmed up :) it's light and so easy to apply. Sometimes I put it on in the morning too. It gives a beautiful subtle warm bronze look to my skin (pale but olive complexion). It's become a ritual for me now. At least once a day. I recommend it to anyone, and especially if, like me, you don't wear foundation. It's like magic :)♡
